THIS TOUR IS USA AND MEXICO BASED. YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN INSURANCE NEEDS. (HEALTH, AUTO, TRAVEL) 

Dualsport Plus will be providing GEOS (In-Reach) assistance only. No direct costs or compensation regarding accidents/transportation, or hospitalization will be paid by Dualsport Plus.

Itinerary for routes, accommodations, and meals is subject to change at any point before or during the trip.

Cost of the tour $6299.00 per person, double occupancy

Payment is split onto three dates prior to the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before December 1st, 2022   Full refund

Cancellation after December 2nd, 2022   50% refund

Cancellation after February 2nd, 2023   No refund 

If for any reason the trip is cancelled due to COVID a 100% refund will be issued. 

The Best of Baja tour will have a minimum of twelve customers attending. In the unlikely possibility of not achieving twelve customers by Dec 15th 2022 the tour will be cancelled. All deposits paid to Dualsport Plus will be returned in full on Dec 16th 2022. 

TRIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You will need a valid passport as we will be entering Mexico and the USA.
• Price increases of this trip are not permitted
• You will need to follow all COVID rules for the USA and Mexico.
• You will need full vaccination proof.
• If for any reason you are denied entrance to the USA or Mexico and cannot make it with the tour, it will proceed as scheduled. It will be your responsibility to have your bike back in Yuma AZ for the truck leaving the morning of April 2nd, 2023. You will not be supported by the tour guides or chase vehicle if you are denied entrance to Mexico or the USA.
• If for any reason you are delayed or don’t make the departure date of the tour, it will proceed as scheduled. We will not wait for you. You will not receive any refund on your payment.
• No motorcycles will be unloaded from the truck in Yuma AZ before March 24 2023 
• Roadside/trailside repairs (if required) that are provided by Dualsport Plus or anyone working as a guide or support staff of Dualsport Plus will not be held responsible for any damage to the motorcycle before, during or after the repair.

IMPORTANT TRIP DETAILS

• Every night is a different location for accommodations. You will be required to carry your own luggage on this tour. A small duffle will be allowed in the chase vehicle daily. 
• There will be declaration forms and import forms that will have to be filled and signed by you.
• You are responsible for the paperwork (that we will provide) for your own motorcycle/luggage that our truck takes into the USA and back to Canada.
• Your motorcycle has to come back with the truck. It cannot stay in the USA or Mexico while being a part of this tour. 
• Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. This will be no fault of Dualsport Plus. No refund will be issued.
• Living standards and practices at the destination and the standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services, and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada. 
• This tour is 80% pavement 20% rough road gravel. We recommend taking an off road Adventure motorcycle course before the tour. We highly recommend Smart Adventures in Barrie Ontario. 
• The Baja Mexico tour that you are signing for contains many adverse road conditions. These will include but not limited to, gravel roads, rocky roads, water crossings, sandy areas. Dust and extreme heat will be a part of this tour. Public roads and Non-public roads may be a part of this tour. 

INCLUDED

• All breakfasts and dinners. Most  lunches.
• All accommodations starting Friday, March 24th 2023 to and including Saturday, April 1st 2023  
• Motorcycle transportation to and from Dualsport Plus Brantford/Yuma AZ
• Motorcycles need to be at Dualsport Plus no later than March 16th 2023 (drop off window is March 11th-16th 2023) 
• Chase vehicle 
• Motorcycles will be back in Brantford at Dualsport Plus for pick up April 8th 2023. 
• Pillion passengers (two-up) riding is not permitted on the Baja tour.
