Dualsport Plus will be providing GEOS (In-Reach) assistance only. No direct costs or compensation regarding accidents/transportation, or hospitalization will be paid by Dualsport Plus.

Payments will be split into 3 deposits as follows:

• January 1st, 2023  DOUBLE $2071.29 / SINGLE $2636.29 
• March 15th, 2023 DOUBLE $2071.29 / SINGLE $2636.29
• June 1st, 2023 DOUBLE  $2071.29 / SINGLE $2636.29

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation before March 15th, 2023  (one payment made)  Full refund 
• Cancellation After March 15th, 2023    (two payments made)  50% refund 
• Cancellation after June 1st, 2023  (three payments made) No refund 

If for any reason the trip is cancelled due to COVID a 100% refund will be issued. 

TOUR DETAILS AND INFORMATION

• You will need a valid passport as we will be entering the USA.
• Price increases of this trip are not permitted
• You will need to follow all COVID rules of the Yukon and Alaska.
• You will need full vaccination proof.
• If for any reason you are denied entrance to the USA and cannot make it in with the tour, it will proceed as scheduled. It will be your responsibility to have your bike in Whitehorse for the truck leaving on June 21st. You will not be supported by the tour guides or chase vehicle for the remaining days of the tour.
• If for any reason you are delayed or don’t make the departure date of the tour, it will proceed as scheduled. We will not wait for you. We will make every reasonable effort we can to help you catch up.
• Motorcycles need to be at Dualsport Plus in Brantford no later than May 31st, 2023 (drop off window is May 29th, 30th, 31st, 2023). Motorcycles will be back in Brantford at Dualsport Plus for pick up Monday, June 26th. 
• No motorcycles will be unloaded from the truck in Whitehorse before June 10th, 2023  
• Roadside/trailside repairs (if required) that are provided by Dualsport Plus or anyone working as a guide or support staff member of Dualsport Plus will not be held responsible for any damage to the bike before, during or after the repair.
• Pillion passengers (two-up riding) is not permitted on our Yukon & Alaska Tour.
• Every night is a different location for accommodations. You will be required to carry your own luggage on this tour. A small duffle will be allowed in the chase vehicle daily.  
• Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. This will be no fault of Dualsport Plus. No refund will be issued.
• Living standards and practices at the destination and the standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services, and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada. 
• This tour is 30% pavement 70% rough road gravel. We recommend taking an off road Adventure motorcycle course before the tour. We highly recommend Smart Adventures in Barrie Ontario. 
• The Yukon tour that you are signing for contains many adverse road conditions. These will include but not limited to, gravel roads, rocky roads, water crossings, sandy areas. Dust and extreme heat may be a part of this tour. Ruts and slippery conditions may also be on this tour. Public roads and non-public roads may be a part of this tour. 
• Dualsport Plus will not be responsible for any dietary restrictions or food restrictions on this tour. We provide the names of the restaurants we will be dining at. It is entirely your responsibility to insure these restaurants can provide the food or diet you may require. 
• The Yukon tour will have a minimum of 13 customers attending. In the unlikely possibility of not achieving 13 customers by March 15th, 2023 the tour will be cancelled. All deposits paid to Dualsport Plus will be returned in full on March 16th, 2023.
